“I came in to see Dr. Jon and the team with a bad back at the end of December. I initially had a consultation with Dr. Jon, who was very clear and performed a very detailed examination of my posture. X-rays were also taken. We had a follow-up appointment a few days later, and Dr. Jon explained the treatment plan. I started treatment with three visits per week and noticed a difference within the first few weeks. My bite point changed, and the pain in my lower back started to decrease. I did also start to get a trapped nerve in my shoulder, but this was part of the process. I am now six weeks in and have a little muscle ache in my lower back.
